1. Who we are

These terms apply to the Venture Racing service (the "Service"). Venture Racing is a trading name of Venture Associates Management LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16880807 ("we", "us"). You can contact us on WhatsApp: +44 7458 149 572.

2. What the Service is

We publish horse racing selections and related analysis. Selections are information for you to consider, not advice, and we do not place bets for you. Nothing we publish is a guarantee of any result, and we make no promise that you will make a profit.

3. Who can use it

You must be 18 or over. The Service is aimed at people in the United Kingdom. Betting should be a form of entertainment, never a way to make money or solve financial problems.

4. The free trial

• The trial lasts 7 days and is free.
• We do not ask for card or payment details to start it.
• You are not charged during the trial and you are not committed to continue.
• When the trial ends, a member of our team will phone you on the mobile number you gave us to talk about continuing. Your membership only starts, and you only pay, if you choose to continue.
• One trial per person.

5. Paid membership

If you choose to continue after the trial, Standard membership costs £49 per month, paid by bank transfer. We will confirm the price, payment date and how to cancel with you before you first pay.

The £49 price applies to Standard membership only. Other membership options, such as our Partner programme, are agreed separately with us on WhatsApp and are not covered by this price.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time via WhatsApp. Cancelling stops future payments; we do not charge for cancelling. During the free trial you can simply stop using the Service, or tell us and we will stop messaging you.

7. Messages you will receive

If you start a trial, we send your selections to the mobile number you give us by SMS or WhatsApp, and phone you once the trial ends about continuing. We only send offers or updates beyond that if you ticked the optional box on the sign-up form. You can opt out of messages, or of the call, at any time by replying STOP or telling us on WhatsApp. See our Privacy Notice for how we use your details.

8. How results are shown

Results on this site are shown in points at level stakes. Prices shown are those advised to members when each selection was sent. Bookmaker prices change quickly, so you may not be able to get the same price, and results are based on our records of the selections we sent. Past results are not a guide to future results.

9. Responsible gambling

Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, help is available from BeGambleAware (National Gambling Helpline 0808 8020 133, free and confidential).

10. Our responsibility to you

We take reasonable care in preparing the Service. We are not responsible for losses from bets you place, for bookmaker prices or rules, or for delays in messages caused by networks or third-party apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
